This dressing is good on a spinach salad with mandarin oranges.
Ingredients:
1/3 c white sugar
pinch celery seed
1/4 c cold water
1/8-1/4 c olive oil
1/4 + c cider vinegar
Directions:
Blend ingredients in blender, adjust amounts to taste. Chill before serving.
